Just another day

Dear Reader,

Today was an uneventful day...
Got the twins together for school after getting dressed myself, I guess that could be considered an event in my day since, I am usually the 1st person up and the LAST person dressed, (Bill going to PT doesn't count) when we are getting ready for any time out of the house. Normally I will get up do my "bio" thing, brush my teeth, etc and get the twin's clothes and breakfast together. Dress them, feed them, prop them in front of a television with Noggin or Nick Jr playing and get my self dressed in the 26 mins it takes for the program to run, yeah, it is close to a science, almost... Sometimes you just can't tell with the attention span of 2 year olds... it really can vary wildly.

I started wearing make-up to work a couple of months ago, I have the make-up, i kinda know how to wear it, so I figure I will put it to good use, before it turns into dust. The women at work don't care enough about me to comment, unless I am bringing baked goods. I like the cute things I can do to make my eyes "pop" in a good way... without looking TOO made up. I really do try to keep it subtle.

MY Twin is due for a visit in 9 days! I do believe I floated off my chair a little bit just typing that! I am SO excited, I can barely STAND IT! I miss her dearly. I will only be working for 2.5 of the 10 days that she will be here, that isn't too shabby. She timed the trip VERY well. I love that about her. I have to figure out what we will do while she is out here, I know she will be glad to be here, only because I am here, but there really isn't much close by. We will make the BEST of it!

I am having a Temptations party while she is here, it will be an excellent opportunity for us to entertain together as well as do something fun. I know she will like meeting my friend and acquaintances.
